First Amiga Coding since the 90s!
Oh good grief, this was a long time coming!!
I bought BlitzBasic for my Amiga 600 back in 1997. Being a stubborn AMOS coder, I never really managed to make the switch across, and then a few months later, I "upgraded" to a Windows PC.
This month (March 2022) I've been busy rebuilding my A600 back up to proper standards. A whole extra 1Mb ChipRAM has been added, bringing it up to a staggering ... TWO whole megabytes of RAM! Wowwie!! I also got the Compact Flash drive working as a Hard Drive, and now the whole system is living and breathing once more.
As a test-bed for it's usability, I opted to dig out BlitzBasic, along with its lovely big manual (in a binder) and actually bother to learn how to code with it.
A week or so later, here's the result.
SpikeDislike for the Amiga.
I hope you enjoy it, and if you manage to run it, please do let me know.
Thanks for playing
